How long do designs take at Ragnar Design?

Graphic Designs have a 24-hour turnaround, while video designs have a 2 to 4 days turnaround time.

How many hours will my designer work a month?

Ragnar Designs doesn’t charge by the hour. Our unlimited graphics & video model gives you unlimited design projects done without limitations. You have unlimited design requests, and our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality designs efficiently. We're here to bring your creative vision to life without the constraints of hourly billing, so you can focus on the results, not the clock.

When will I receive my workspace invite?

Usually, the workspace invite will be sent within the first 24 hours after you sign up to the service.

What happens if I do not like the design?

If you're not completely satisfied with a design, don't worry. We offer unlimited revisions as part of our unlimited design service. You can work closely with our team to make adjustments and fine-tune the design until it meets your expectations.

What design software do your designers use?

Ragnar Designers primarily uses Adobe products. We also use Canva if requested.

How do free trials work?

Our free trials are simple and risk-free. We provide a 5-day free trial during which you can submit either a graphic or video request. During the trial period, you can experience the full range of our design offerings without any cost. You can request designs, collaborate with our team, and explore our platform's features. At the end of the trial, you have the option to continue with a paid subscription. If you choose not to continue, there are no charges or obligations. We believe in giving you the opportunity to experience the value we provide before making any commitment."

How does Ragnar Designs’ money-back guarantee work?

All monthly plans are eligible for a full refund within 14 days. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with our unlimited design service within the first 14 days of your subscription, you can request a full refund, no questions asked.

Is there a contract I have to sign?

No, we don’t have any contracts. Our service is delivered month-to-month for a flat monthly rate.
